I am a Professor of Philosophy in the Philosophy Faculty at Oxford University and a Tutorial Fellow at Mansfield College, Oxford.

My main area of research is 17th C Philosophy, particularly the work of G. W. Leibniz. But I have interests in many other areas of philosophy
